Abstract

Cloud computing is an emerging paradigm for provisioning network, storage, and computing resources on demand using a
pay-per-use model. The cloud based multimedia system is position at the intersection between three domains, namely cloud, mobile
and multimedia computing. Cloud computing boils down multimedia sharing to simple hyperlink sharing. Sharing through a cloud
also improves the quality of service (QoS) because cloud-client connections provide higher bandwidth and lower latency than clientclient connections. In this paper we have discuss Multimedia and service heterogeneity, Cloud based Multimedia Systems, Mobile
Cloud computing, and Mobile Multimedia Cloud Computing Facts.
