Mobile phones are widely used in the world and mobile network need to efficient use of available bandwidth. Base station makes connection between the mobile phones and wider network, so capable of large buffer by this reason unnecessary data losses, security issues and delay will occur during data transmission. Data transmission in the 3G/4G Mobile Data Networks works in increased data rate Due to the collision in the network the delay is increased while data transfer and the energy efficiency reduced. So a new method called NDRT estimation (Node deployment with routing table) and energy efficient clustering are used to reduce the delay in the network. AntNet algorithm is find shortest path between clustering node in network.

Agriculture is a source of livelihood of majority Indians and has great impact on the economy of the country. In dry lands or in case of insufficient rainfall, irrigation becomes difficult. So, it needs to be automation required for proper yield and handled remotely for farmer usage and safety. In this paper we suggest a Wireless sensor network and Embedded based technique to control water flow level for sectored, sprinkler or drip method section irrigation system. This system will be very economical in terms of the hardware cost, man power, and power consumption. In places such as agriculture land areas must be a continuous need for monitoring the water level at particular field. In places such as drip irrigation for coconuts, bananas and some vegetable plants, the water is let out through pipes directly to each field. A person has to carefully watch the water level at regular intervals. His job becomes difficult at night times and for frequent power cut. Sometimes there is wastage of water and electricity due to negligence and other times there is a hard job for the formers. This is highly helpful in places such as drip irrigation system where there are many flow pipes but does not require any change in the agricultural fields. When the motor is switched on the sensors are activated and the fields are irrigated automatically without man power. Once the water reaches a particular level which may take several hours, this system takes appropriate steps to regulate or even stop the water flow.

Wireless Ad-hoc network is a collection of two or more wireless nodes equipped with wireless communications and networking capability. They communicate with each other without the need of centralized administration, in which all nodes potentially contribute to routing process. Most existing ad hoc routing protocols are susceptible to node mobility, especially for large-scale networks. When a data packet is sent out, some of the neighbour nodes that have overheard the transmission will serve as forwarding candidates, and take turn to forward the packet if it is not relayed by the specific best forwarder within a certain period of time. By utilizing such in-the-air backup, communication is maintained without being interrupted. This paper presents data transmission using a secure for spontaneous wireless ad hoc networks which uses an hybrid symmetric/asymmetric scheme and the trust between users in order to exchange the initial data and to exchange the secret keys that will be used to encrypt the data.

The optical character recognition is a windows application. This application combines the functionality of optical character recognition and speech synthesizer. The objective is to develop user friendly application which performs image to text. The OCR takes image as the input, gets text from that image and then converts it into speech. This system can be useful in various applications like banking, legal industry, other industries, and home and office automation.it mainly designed for people who are unable to read any type of text documents.in this paper, the character recognition method is presented by using OCR technology.

Due to rapid advancement in information communication technology (ICT) and also system dependent application creates a new way to think and deploy innovative packages in every corner of government departments. Voting flow in network transmission which primarily consist ballots & votes through personal computer networks over internet. Online voting application can boost the counting of ballots and it can also be used for disabled voters for casting with easy accessibility. The basic notion behind this paper is to develop easy software for Indian people can give their vote through online without going to any physical polling station our focus is on online electoral voting system based on application software. We have developed a application software for voting system based on pr-identification of voters. The proposed application based on service oriented architecture (SOA), are very robust and also platform independent. This online voting system is highly secured, and its design is very simple, ease of use and also reliable. It also creates and manages voting and an election detail as all the users must login by user name and password and click on his favorable candidates to register vote. In this project our main goal is to establish the performance tuning between voting time and unique identification of voters in a very tiny period of time. Simultaneously we discuss security context also known as e-trusted voting system. The prototypes are building based on secured and trusted framework for electronic voting. Our System allows the voters to participate by using user name and password .Voter can enter the system and votes on the existing text during election date and the voter can see the result after the end of election date. In order to test whether the system had been fully functioning and meets the user's requirement, we have to apply the system to a sample of small group of heterogeneous peoples and finally the prototype occur the objective and give us a general prototype system that provides security and trusted electronic voting. This package is more applicable for our electoral system and also very much benefited for any voting system based on real time application.

Image enhancement is the simplest and most appealing area among all the digital image processing techniques. The main purpose of image enhancement is to increase contrast in a low contrast image. Image enhancement schemes are used for enhancement of images which includes gray scale manipulation, filtering and histogram equalization. Histogram equalization is one of the well known image enhancement technique. Histogram equalization becomes popular technique for contrast enhancement because this method is simple and effective. This paper represents review of some techniques in the area of image enhancement for brightness preservation because brightness preservation is highly demanded in consumer electronics field, when the image is effectively enhanced. Comparative analysis of different enhancement technique is done to illustrate the best possible technique which can be used as image enhancement. This comparison will be done on the basis of subjective and objective parameters. Subjective parameters are visual quality and computation time and object parameters are peak signal to noise (PSNR), Mean squared error (MSE), Normalized absolute error (NAE), Normalized correlation, Error color, Composite peak signal to noise ratio (CPSNR) and Absolute mean brightness error (AMBE).
